Antique Oval Frame With Domed Glass. - $60 (Everett)

I’m selling a vintage tiger stripe oval dome glassed picture frame, with a bonus picture of Earnest Robinson at 6 mos old, the frame is 22 x17 inch has lots of wear but is very solid there is some markings on the side and top that are pictured, but hard to read, on the side it looks like ch2 then maybe the price of 3 dollars and some indecipherable words, on the top I think it’s Earnest Robinson again not sure see the pictures.
The picture itself is in rough shape lots of cracks or tears.
