The price I give you will be for a full set of permit ready and builder ready plans properly prepared to pass your building department plan review, obtain your building permit and be a complete set of plans for your General Contractor to build your new dream home with.
My price includes multiple sets of Preliminary floor plans and Preliminary three-dimensional exterior and interior model views to you help refine your home design until you are happy with the look and feel of it before we go into the drafting of the final construction documents, the working blueprints.
As part of the price that I give you, I also submit your plans online and coordinate with your building department, your structural engineer and your civil engineer, etc.
, (if they are required), until you receive your building permit.
