Our school is looking for a drum instructor to help teach youth and adults drum set and technique.

gle/BrfzqqMmEEFrZK1F8 General Position Requirements: Teaching: Create and deliver drumming lessons tailored to students' needs Cover basics, techniques, rudiments, and various drumming styles Engage students through practical demonstrations and exercises Individual and Group Instruction: Provide one-on-one and group drumming lessons Adapt teaching to different learning styles Foster a positive group learning environment Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress and offer feedback Identify areas for improvement and provide Assist with shows and rehearsals Communication: Maintain effective communication with students and parents Collaborate with other music instructors and staff Attend meetings and contribute to program development Instrument Care: Teach proper drum set maintenance.
Assist in equipment setup and maintenance.
Professional Development: Stay updated on drumming trends and education.
Pursue professional development opportunities.
Qualifications: Proficient in drumming with teaching experience.

Patience and motivation for student development.
Knowledge of music theory is a plus.
Equipment: We have a set on site, knowledge and maintenance of E-kits helpful Working Conditions/Compensation: Evenings and some weekend hours.
