Savannah monitor and enclosure (Edmonds)

Rehoming my savannah monitor with his enclosure, he will come with a 4x2x2 wooden enclosure, lots of driftwood, rocks, moss,lights uvb and a fake tree humidifier.
He is about a year and a half old, still growing but probably currently around 12-16 inches, handleable with caution (doesn't love it but doable).
I'm rehoming him with everything (not willing to split up) for $175 Will provide pictures upon request.
