We are worried about our 8 month old puppy, since we moved in an apartment, he stop taking his meals and whining all day.

Although we have a deck in our apartment so he occasionally tinkle before sleeping.
He is Crate trained and gets in his bed late by 11PM and wakes up 8am.
He can stay in crate for 9hrs straight.
He is great in showers and brushing his teeth using coconut oil.
Nail clipping and ears cleaning never an issue.
He's done in his vaccinations.
(every August is his RABIES VACC) He is PERFECT we can say.
He comes with 20lbs puppy kibbles, crate Large size, winter jacket, Prong collars, E-collar, vest, nail clipper, 2 leashes, puppy shower gel, fave blanket, slow feeder, elevated bowls, PET co records if wanted, rabies tag avail.
