Amazon parrot (Snohomish)

Blue Fronted Amazon Parrot bird/parrot experienced owner please! this unique bird prefer male owner and loves to sit on shoulder or hand and browse the house and spend lots of time on his play stands.
He is about 10 yrs old and say few word like “ is that good “ hello “ and can laugh like human.
I can tell more details and things he likes to eat/snacks to the right owner.
He comes with his cage which has play/top above , and an extra play stand.
Fee is two thousand dollars, negotiable.
I only give this bird to someone who can take a good care of him.
