german shepherd mix 2 yr old (Granite Falls)

Rehoming dog.
She is a 2 year old dog that is extra active and very lovable.
She does have a piddle problem and a food problem after she eats.
Vet is not sure what is causing it.
Also she likes to go after chickens.
Fine with other dogs.
Looking for a good home for her.
