Looking for small dog or puppy (Lynnwood)

Hello , I am looking for a small dog or puppy preferably that is a toy poodle, shih tzu, or maltipoo.
I would like the puppy/ dog to be potty trained ( pad trained is okay too ) and crate trained preferably.
I am on a budget and looking to pay $500 or less.
