Year old chi mix (Woodinville)

Have a one-year-old Chihuahua mix.
He’s a good dog he’s good with kids, dog, small dogs and cats.
I’m unfortunately moving so I can’t take him with me.
He does have a little bit of a barking problem but other than that he is a good dog and just wants to be loved it makes me sad to let him go.
