The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years recent Washington State experience in real estate.
A working knowledge of purchase and sale agreements, easements and boundary line issues are a must.
Business law and tax would be a valuable plus.
You will advise clients and pursue resolution through negotiation for a variety of conflicts.
If you like litigation you can take it all the way or turn it over to the litigation team if negotiations fail.
Adverse possession, trespass to timber, nuisance, HOA conflicts, code violations, construction defects and contract enforcement (both contractor and customer sides), fraud and misrepresentation in real estate sales are a few of the areas we cover.
You will have the benefit of experienced attorneys on hand to assist you in areas of the law that may be new to you.
