*Job Activities:*
1.
Call Prospects a week (New, Warm, or Interviewed)
2.
Maintain Database
3.
Conduct Onsite and Offsite Appointments with Prospects
4.
Participate in Weekly Coaching Meetings
5.
Additional tasks will include writing notes, emailing, sending personal videos using systems.
6.
Participate and Invite recruits to classes, quarterly mixers, and events.
7.
Present in the office for two weekly prospecting time blocks.
8.
Collaborate with Leadership to convey the RE/MAX Elite Culture.
*Qualifications:*
· Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
· Experience in Database Management
· Experience in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and other such tools
· Need to be comfortable talking with new people and creating rapport and potential relationships.
· Possess proficient time management skills and maintain organization and processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $70,000.
