*Responsibilities:*
* Provide physical therapy in an outpatient setting.
* Follow individualized care plans for each treatment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care.
* Build relationships with staff and the local community.
* Utilize state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
* Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
