We are a construction company based in Lynnwood, WA seeking a permanent, Full-Charge Bookkeeper.
This position reports to the owner and the CPA.
You will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the construction industry.
_This is primarily an in-person position, but occasional remote work is usually allowed when needed.

Regular tasks include:
JOB DUTIES:
* Reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed
* General ledger maintenance
* Bank reconciliations
* Preparation of quarterly business and payroll taxes
* Prepare monthly financial statements
* Maintain required business documents
* Prepare annual W2’s & 1099’s
* Assistance with year-end closing of books with CPA
* Prepare and/or review of all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure
* Petty Cash reconciliation
* Perform other related duties as may be assigned or requested by Owner
EXPERIENCE:
* 5+ years Full Charge Bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred)
* Proficient in QuickBooks
* Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
* Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook)
