An insulation company is adding an Accounts Receivable Support Specialist to their team!
This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity to work with a large company that loves to promote from within.
The Accounts Receivable Support Specialist is an independent role that will oversee various duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and customer service.
You will be working directly with customers and sales representatives in this position to manage day-to-day operations.
Administrative Support Specialist Job Duties:
Processing accounts payable and receivables
Data entry-billing, A/P, A/R
Written and verbal communication with regards to billing
Reconciling statements?
You will be successful in this position if you enjoy working closely with your team to meet deadlines, talking with clients, and working in a positive professional environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Administrative Support Specialist Requirements:
Minimum 6 months A/R and A/P experience
Typing skills
Good math skills
Ability to work in Excel and other software programs?
Pay: $25+ hr DOE
