As a Showing Specialist, you will have access to our exclusive models, systems, and tools, complemented by tailored coaching, training, and accountability structures within our team, all meticulously crafted to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria accordingly
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients
Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology and systems
Present properties and highlight their features to potential buyers
Qualifications

Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car

Active and valid WA real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
