In the role of a Showing Specialist, you will benefit from our proprietary models, systems, tools, along with personalized coaching, training, and accountability frameworks within our team, all designed to guarantee your triumph in this position.
Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria accordingly
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients
Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology and systems
Present properties and highlight their features to potential buyers
Qualifications
