Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Review order confirmations, conduct order audits, track submissions, and actively participate in production meetings.
Reporting: Collaborate in creating and maintaining sales reports, tracking sales performance, and monitoring bid activity.
Planning: Assist in executing annual objectives, planning customer events, training sessions, and more.
Customer Service: Engage with customers for registration, titling, and delivery instructions with a values-driven approach.
Monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, promptly address production issues, and communicate delivery completion to the accounting team.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Experience in administrative, sales, or organizational support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Management software, and contact management software
Problem-solving aptitude with a values-driven mindset
Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills rooted in our core values
Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
Capable of sitting, standing, moving around, bending, stooping, and lifting a minimum of 25 lbs.
