*Position Overview:*
Four Seasons Roofing is an established and reputable company with office headquarters in the Clearview area of Snohomish WA.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of _*Customer Service Representative / Front Office*_.
The main responsibility for this position is processing incoming customer calls and online inquires and booking appointments for our roofing consultants.
In addition, this role drives processes for ongoing improvement in Front Office coordination and Customer Service.
*Additional Duties:*
* Update key documents for sales support.
* Utilizing JobNimbus CRM to interact with project update sequences.
* Inbound client inquires post project – Directing clients to proper departments.
* Assist with sales and marketing efforts including mailers, signage, and other marketing materials.
* Assist in organizing company event planning for both the sales team and employee events.
* Office supplies inventory and procurement.
* Perform general duties such as keyboarding, filing, making copies, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and sending correspondence.
*Qualifications:*

* You are a self-starter and work well in a fast pace environment.
* You have a strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
* You are detail oriented and take a great pride in accurate information that is neatly organized.
* You can memorize information and articulate scripts over the phone.
* You can connect information that flows from one division of the company to another.
* Must possess strong PC skills including CRM tools, production management tools, MS Excel and MS Word & web based applications.
*Additional Skills That Would Be A Plus:*
* Previous experience in the roofing, construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
* Previous appointment setting experience for a high paced home improvement company.
* Previous experience managing corporate social media profiles.
