We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to build and maintain customer relationships, learn technical products, and provide support to the outside sales team.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
To excel as our Inside Sales Manager, you should have previous experience managing an inside sales team, coaching and developing employees, and solving problems.
A creative mindset and the ability to analyze technical information will be beneficial.
While experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred, it is not required.

* *Essential Functions*
1.
Recruit, evaluate, train, coach, and retain outstanding Customer Service and Quotation department employees, supervising a team of 15+ employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2.
Ensure all customer contact (orders, quotes, RMAs, credits, etc.
) is handled professionally and to the satisfaction of executive management and customers.
3.
Coordinate department activities and projects, leading staff meetings and functions.
4.
Establish and execute product, policy, and computer training.
Monitor employee productivity and motivate the team to reach goals.
Monitor/report sales metrics to executive management.
5.
Provide support to the Outside Sales team and maintain customer information through collaboration with Area Managers.

* *Additional Job Responsibilities*
1.
Provide support to the Outside Sales team and maintain customer information through collaboration with Area Managers.
2.
Update pricing, proofread the product catalog and oversee the creation and maintenance of price lists and customer lists.
3.
Evaluate, develop, and implement process improvement using Kaizen and Lean principles.
4.
Entry and processing of outside foundry orders, including contact with O/S foundry reps.
5.
Coordinate mailing notifications to Romac’s customer base on new products, price increases, or other important company updates.

* *Minimum Qualifications*
1.
Bachelor’s degree *or* an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
2.
5+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales role
3.
5+ years of experience managing or supervising a customer service department or equivalent function
4.
Strong written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented
5.
Strong work ethic, leading the Inside Sales team by example
