_ *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Nurture strong client relationships and provide outstanding “referral worthy” service * Ensure swift responses to all leads and inquiries, within 3 minutes or less * Immediately call back any missed / abandoned calls * Conduct “discovery calls” with all new seller leads to build rapport and pre-screen sellers based on their motivation level, sense of urgency, and other primary selling indicators * Follow our proven sales process to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of off-market properties * Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and letters of intent, to facilitate sales transactions * Regular follow up calls, text messages, and emails to all leads on a predetermined schedule based on their motivation level, until the lead is considered “dead” * Proactively address client concerns and foster trust throughout the closing process * Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure all transactions close as smoothly as possible * Maintain comprehensive records of all lead interactions in our CRM system * Deliver daily updates for accurate KPI reporting * Seek guidance from the sales coach as needed * Attend weekly sales training and all company meetings *QUALIFICATIONS:* * Passionate about selling and negotiations * Relentless in lead follow-up * Thrives on building relationships and assisting others in challenging life situations * Must embrace a “solutions over problems” mindset * Self-starter with an incredible work ethic, and strong time management skills * Demonstrate positive initiative and focus in a fast-paced environment * Exceptional drive and determination to consistently produce top-quality results * Excellent communicator, with a personable demeanor * Exudes a positive, “Go Giver” attitude * Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency * Patient when having hard conversations * Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including cross-functional teams * Believes in mission first, team second, and individual third * *Bilingual or multilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred*! *TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:* * Must have a reliable computer with ample storage and a fast processor * Must have a reliable smartphone with a sizable data plan * Must have excellent software proficiency _(especially with Google apps for business such as Google Meet, Sheet, Docs, Slides; CRM’s, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, etc.
)_ * No Real Estate experience is preferred - you’ll learn that on the job - but experience in B2B or B2C Sales, Business, Customer Service, Public Service or related fields is a must * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or a related field preferred, but not mandatory *COMPENSATION:* * 1099 independent contractor position * $70,000 - $250,000+ yearly (_If you are OK, you can expect to make $70,000 per year and if you’re excellent, past sales agents made over $200,000)_ * $3,000/month stipend + 10% commission during 3 month training period * 8%, 10% and 12% commission-only tiers based upon revenue generated per month after training period has ended - this is an "eat what you kill" position.
