*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a driven, competitive, results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the facilities management and service industry.
As the VP of Business Development, you will play a critical role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across the country.
The ideal candidate will enjoy contributing to our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to sell a variety of service lines.
*Responsibilities:*
* Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
* Develop and execute effective business development plans aligned with Transblue’s overall goals and objectives.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Conduct presentations, engage in onsite client meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
* Produce in-depth client assessments to understand their needs and requirements.
* Present and explain the benefits of our service offerings, aligning them with the client’s needs.
* Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and execution.
* Provide clients with detailed proposals, including cost estimates and service specifications.
* Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
* Use market insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress through required CRM software.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
*Qualifications:*
* 5 years’ experience selling new and managing accounts.
* Proven track record of successfully achieving or exceeding revenue goals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
* Ability to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.
