Amazing Life Chiropractic is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate | Office Assistant to drive sales and support operations for our clinic.
The ideal Sales Associate will be responsible for generating package sales, assisting the doctor, and helping with the office flow.
We are looking to hire the right person to join our team.
This person would be a long-term employee.
The job comes with some on-the-job training and most employees feel comfortable with the job duties between 3-6 months.
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of sales experience.
Confident in generating personal sales
Ability to work independently and collaborate
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
An affinity and passion for health and wellness.
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional, friendly, punctual, reliable, honest, and neat.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities
Maintain a thorough understanding of our chiropractic services and effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
Promote and sell our chiropractic services to new and existing clients
Establish and maintain relationships with current clients and grow the client base
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
Providing amazing service to members and patients
Confident in presenting and selling packages and services
Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the workspace
Answering phone calls
Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
Transcribe patient appointments
Assist the Doctor with fundamental patient care
Opening/Closing Clinic Procedures
Phone duties
Patient check-in/-out
New patient set-up
Patient in room set-up
Clerical work
Email/ Mail processing
Help patient understand their insurance.
