Responsibilities What you’ll do: Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call Assist our real estate agents in conducting property showings.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings, ensuring efficient and organized tours.
Accompany clients to property showings, providing relevant information about the property and addressing their questions or concerns.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, fostering positive relationships.
Assist with administrative tasks related to property showings, such as preparing and organizing listing materials and maintaining documentation.
Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure smooth communication and seamless customer service.
Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications Skills: A strong passion for real estate and a desire to develop a successful career in the industry.
Positive, happy attitude.
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car and on the road Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and industry advancements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
