*Job Description*
* Grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts.
* Educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home
* Schedule homeowners for a no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists
* We provide you neighborhoods to work, no need to meet at an office daily
* Marketing materials & company apparel provided
*Compensation:*
* Full-time and part-time opportunities available to fit your needs
* Average $25.
00 - $30.
00 per hour
* Starting at $25.
00 per hour + 2% commission on Sales
* Weekly Incentive opportunity (up to $100 - $500/ week)
* Additional milestone incentives (up to $450 in one-time incentives, cell extension, premium uniform package, and Travel Incentive)
* Monthly cell reimbursement (up to $60/ month)
* Medical, dental, vision and life available after 60 days working 30 hrs.
