Your job is to seek out and strengthen relationships within your assigned area, driving our profitability throughout your region.

You mostly work from home, but you need to be able to travel throughout Washington and the Idaho Panhandle, so we'd prefer that you live in the Puget Sound area.

REQUIREMENTS Experience with field sales and remotely overseeing a large area Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your territory Organizational skills and ability to manage client databases Ability to work independently and with a team Sales experience in the wholesale construction equipment industry would be a bonus.
5+ years of experience would be preferred, especially if you've dealt with commercial contractors or suppliers.
The person who is usually best suited for this role has worked for a large company and learned the discipline it takes to be independently successful.
YOUR FOCUS You have the autonomy to manage your own territory and make decisions that directly impact your success and our company's growth.
You speak with potential and current clients over the phone about their needs, building a rapport and showcasing the value of partnering with us.
You actively seek out sales opportunities and do what you can to close deals.
After every successful sale, you follow up with internal teams to make sure every transaction goes off without a hitch.
You also travel as needed for in-person meetings, presentations, and training.
