We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative to introduce Z Networks to businesses and scheduling appointments for our sales executives to follow up on inquiries and provide more in-depth information about our services and products.
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making several calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
· Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
· Manage and maintain you contacts in our CRM
Skills
· Proven inside sales experience
· Track record of over-achieving
· Strong phone presence
· Experience working within a CRM
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Work schedule:
· Monday Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (PST)
· Hourly rate plus incentives and bonus pay every month
Remote
· Remote/ work from home is available.
You must have a reliable laptop/desktop/headset w microphone and reliable internet.
Flexible Schedule
· Part time available
· 4x10hr shift available

Pay
$40k Base Pay Plus Commission
$39k-$70k Commission first year (Based on full time employment).
Paid Holidays
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday After Thanksgiving, December 24th, December 25th, and January 1st.
Insurance and 10 Days Paid time off.
