*Skills Needed:*
* Must be able to work autonomously.
There is very little day-to-day oversight in this position.
You will start each workday from your home and drive your company sales van directly to each appointment.
Appointments will be set for you and put directly on your schedule.
* Must be highly organized.
* Must be resourceful.
* Must be self-motivated with a will to learn and grow.
* Sales experience is necessary but industry experience can be taught.
* Must have outstanding communication skills.
In the end, any sales position is a matter of persuading others to your point of view.
Our sales process is one of building relationships, being the expert, listening, and customizing our approach to adapt to each individual.
We communicate with sincerity and conviction and leave the high-pressure sales tactics to other companies.
* Must be a disciplined hard-worker.
We have all sorts of tools available to help you succeed but there is no substitute for your own hard work and discipline.

The geographic footprint of this sales territory is largely North King, Snohomish and Skagit counties.
Living inside this sales zone would be beneficial.
Compensation is 100% commission after a ten-week paid training period.
